
Business purpose
- As the importance of nurturing talent in future core industrial fields increases, we will support systematic talent development at universities through inter-ministerial collaboration to support strengthening the future capabilities of young people and secure national growth engines by nurturing talent in new industrial fields*
* Four fields: future automobiles, bio-health, semiconductors, and secondary batteries
Main business contents
1. Building an educational environment
Support for securing and utilizing teaching staff (experts) and building infrastructure such as educational facilities and equipment.
2. Development and operation of industry-specific training courses
Development and operation of specialized training courses reflecting industry needs
3. Establishing and activating a cooperative system between industry, academia, and research institutes.
Establishing a customized talent development system through field training, internships, industry-academia projects, and other industrial and research experience accumulation.
4. Employment support and graduate school linkage
Operation and promotion of employment support programs such as company-student job matching and employment consulting, and support for undergraduate-graduate school linkages.
5. Performance improvement and dissemination
Establishing a performance improvement and dissemination system through performance exchange meetings, satisfaction surveys, and discovery of best practices.
